- STRATEGIC DINING
Position individuals to appear confident and skilled while interacting or conducting business over a meal. Through a formal sit-down lunch or dinner, employees hone the art of conversation; table top navigation, what foods to order / avoid, how to navigate food/drink/conversation, transitioning from small talk to business conversation, buffet vs. sit-down style dining, handling silverware, being a gracious guest, and establishing oneself as an effective host. Etiquette lunches / dinner are 2-4 hrs.
