Employees identify how their choices create positive or negative impressions of who they are and their abilities.

Position employees to be effective communicators by conveying their message with confidence, purpose, and clarity and learning to avoid common pitfalls. Topics include: Presentation Formats and Styles; Incorporating Tools & Materials; Strategies for Sculpting Your Message, Handling Q & A Sessions; Navigating Challenging Situations & Hostile Audiences. Please Note: Group Programs and Coaching Sessions are audio and/or video-taped. Navigating Challenging Situations & Hostile Audiences is also offered as a full day session.
- NETWORKING SAVVY
In today’s competitive environment, companies are looking for any edge that will help to distinguish them from their competition. Position employees to meet and mingle effectively, and speak about themselves and the company to reflect respectability and credibility. Topics include: How to Work a Room; Elevator Pitches; Business Card Protocol; Strategies for Handling Food, Drink, and Conversation; and How to Handle Awkward Interactions.
- STRATEGIC DINING
Position employees to appear confident and skilled while interacting or conducting business over a meal. Through a formal sit-down lunch or dinner, employees hone the art of conversation; table top navigation, what foods to order / avoid, how to navigate food/drink/conversation, transitioning from small talk to business conversation, buffet vs. sit-down style dining, handling silverware, being a gracious guest, and establishing oneself as an effective host. Etiquette lunches / dinner are 2-4 hrs.
